2.2.1. Contact Form
If you use our contact form to send inquiries, we ask for your first and last name, and your email address. You may also voluntarily provide your address and enter a personal message in the message field.
It is your free decision whether you provide us with this information. However, without this data, we cannot process your contact request.
Your email address is used to assign and respond to your inquiry. No data will be shared with third parties when using the contact form.
Once your inquiry has been resolved and the matter concluded, any personal data processed through the contact form will be deleted. Further storage may occur if required by law.

2.2.2. Applicant Management
If you are interested in a job listed on the website, you can send us an email at info@schreibmotorik-institut.com. We assure you that the personal data you provide will only be used for the purpose of processing your application. We will store your data for 6 months after the application process (offer or rejection) ends.
The legal basis for processing personal data from your application documents is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
2.2.3. Newsletter
To subscribe to our email newsletter, we require at least your first and last name, and your email address to which the newsletter will be sent. You may also voluntarily provide your address. It is your free decision whether you provide us with this information. Without this data, we may not be able to send the newsletter to you.
By processing your first and last name, you will receive a personalized newsletter.
When subscribing to the newsletter, your email address is used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, you can send us an informal email to info@schreibmotorik-institut.com or use the link on our website to cancel the subscription.

We maintain fan pages on social networks such as Facebook (Meta), Instagram (Meta), and YouTube, as well as a profile on LinkedIn. As operators of these fan pages/profiles, we are joint controllers with the operators of these networks according to Art. 4(7) GDPR. When you visit one of our fan pages/profiles, personal data is processed by the operators. As the operator of the fan pages, we have entered into agreements with the social networks, which regulate the terms of use for these pages.
